Six sea turtles were released back into the wild on Monday after being cared for by Sea Turtle Inc.
The turtles were proclaimed healthy enough to go back into their natural habitat. Sea Turtle Inc., drops them off at the Laguna Madre, where there is plenty of sea grass for the turtles to munch on. The Sea Turtles website reported that all six turtles were rescued between June 17 and July 26. The were given the names of Igor, Kai, Leonardo, Startlight, Xiaotingia, and Zamboni. |
