The unofficial end of summer and start of fall in South Padre Island starts Labor Day Weekend. The second annual Tacos and Tequila event at the SPI Convention Center bridged the gap and started the season strong, bringing in Labor Day visitors and keeping the convention center packed for two straight days.
The Tacos and Tequila event featured vendors from all over the RGV, serving all types of delicious tacos, whether it be Birria or Carne Asada to name a few, and tasty Tequila to wash it down. Over the two days, the event featured live music, including Hoobastank on Saturday, Lucha Libre Wrestling, and VIP tequila sampling, giving visitors the chance to try every Tequila at the event! |
