We live near the water park, where an extremely loud concert was allowed to play until 2:09 AM on 3/30.

The music was so loud that it rattled our windows, clearly exceeding the noise decibels approved in the City ordinance. Who is responsible for enforcing the ordinance?

The residents of the island should not be subjected to excessive noise from concerts that exceed the allowed time and noise decibel levels.
