Message From The President:
Wow! I want to say "thank you" to each member who has already mailed in their checks or paid online for 2025. This is so helpful to us as a Board of Directors. For those of you who have not yet done so, there are several opportunities coming up in March to either bring your check to an event, a Pop Up coffee gathering (these are being done by zip code/area so watch for your email invitation) or to just pop it in the mail. Each and every renewal is needed so that we can give 5 or more grants this year. FYI...we are 1/2 way through our membership enrollment and we are roughly 1/2 to our needed 500. Help us get there.
As we strive toward the goal of 500+ members, we have added some extra events to our calendar and registration is open for these. New events include "Impact at the Gallery" on March 31st and a Crestview Membership Enrollment event on April 17th.
Impact at the Gallery is limited to 100 spots. Our sponsors are broadcasting the event widely to share our mission and attract new members. Please, please register yourself and ask your guest(s) to register for this if you plan to attend. We are capped at 100 so let's be sure and leave room for ladies who are new to Impact100 and those who are bringing a potential new member with them.
Our newly added, Crestview Membership Enrollment Event will be held at the Eagles Nest @ Blackwater Golf Course. We realize that this can be a difficult destination to get to on a workday. However, as we learned this week, Crestview is the most populous city in Okaloosa county and we know that there are MANY generous women in Crestview who would love to be a part of Impact100 NWF. If you have a friend or co-worker who lives in Crestview or in the northern part of Walton or Okaloosa counties, will you PLEASE share the event with them? If you can't make it, let us know who've you invited. We would be happy to welcome them and make sure they feel at home.
I can't wait to see you at 3rd Planet Brewing on Wednesday, March 12th from 5:30-7:30pm. Healing Paws for Warriors will be there with their truck as will OASIS Florida with their mobile outreach vehicle to share their high-impact grant stories. We will also have complimentary yard signs that invite anyone who sees them to find out more about Impact100 NWF. Members have been placing them in their yards or places of business. Be sure and pick yours up!
