Message From The President:

It is hard to believe that the last quarter of the year is upon us! I hope to see you at the Grant Finalist Reveal later this month for a celebratory evening announcing our finalists.  If you've been on a Focus Area Committee, you know just how much has gone into the finalist selection process.  All members are invited to attend the announcement and celebration the evening of October 20th.  If you can't make the reveal, we will be sending out an email announcement letting you know who our finalists are shortly after the event.  Also included in that email will be some very important Annual Meeting information.

Please make plans to attend our Annual Meeting on Sunday, November 9th.  You will hear each finalist make a 5 minute presentation explaining their project and the impact it will have.  After the presentations, you will vote for one finalist per category.  For those of you who know you will not be able to attend---not to worry!  You will also be able to vote using the project summaries from each finalist.  All voting is done by ballot which will be sent to your email address.  All of those details will be sent to you in plenty of time for you to cast your vote.

I want to challenge our membership to fund at least one grant by the time this year's Annual Meeting is finished.  We need 100 members to renew for 2026 by the end of the meeting.  Thank you to the ladies who already have done so!  As I've attended site visits over the last few weeks, I have been amazed at the passion that I see in our members for our mission to fund nonprofits in the community.  Please consider bringing your 2026 check to the Grant Finalist Reveal, to Annual Meeting or send it in by mail to:  PO Box 4266, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32549.  You can also pay online by credit card using the "billing menu" once you have logged in--you will be charged the 3% processing fee.  All members who have renewed by the end of the meeting will be eligible to win a $200 VISA gift card.

We are still collecting donations from our members for our Wine Pull Fundraiser which will take place at our Annual Meeting on November 9th.  f you are able to contribute towards this fun event, please bring a bottle of wine (or two!) to our Grant Finalist Reveal, with a minimum value of $20- $25. You may also donate financially towards this if you prefer; contact Georgia Henderson at 850-496-5837

With gratitude for each of you,

Joni Wallace

Calling all holiday helpers!

Impact100 NWF will once again be spreading Christmas cheer by decorating the dining room at Wesley House (Eden Gardens State Park) — and we’d love your help!

Our wonderful Cyndi Hyatt is leading the charge again this year—she knows the ropes and will handle decorations and supplies. Now she just needs a team of merry volunteers to help her bring the magic to life.
