MEMBER UPDATES: Welcome to all our New and Renewed 2026 Members! We are so thankful to have each of you here with us.
In the Mail: All 2025 Members will be receiving mail from our Membership Committee and myself. Everyone from this past year’s membership, those having already renewed and those still needing to renew, were mailed the 2026 Membership Letter and a card with the dates for all our upcoming Member Enrollment Events – See below to register for the “Fat Tuesday at the Gulfarium” February 17th Event.

Your membership matters – Every single year! Our chapter has given $5,386,000 - one member with $1,000 - at a time. Each member gets to design her own experience, has a seat at our table and is part of the positive force for good in our community. As I mentioned last month, if just half of our 2025 members brought in ONE NEW member, we’d fund two additional grants this November! Our goal is to fund SIX $100,000 Grants in 2026! We literally cannot do it without you. Let’s Stay In Touch! As we move through the year together, most member communication is done through email – such as this newsletter and through social media. Launched in 2025, our Impact100 NWF App can help you stay even more connected!

Looking to easily share our mission? We would like to challenge each member to share about our upcoming enrollment events and reach out to other women around them so we can broaden our impact this year and hopefully give 6 grants to local nonprofit organizations. | 🐬Gulfarium Membership Enrollment Event Dive into an evening of connection with the women making a difference across Okaloosa and Walton counties—and feel free to bring a friend along!
Join us on Tuesday, February 17th from 5:30-7:30 PM at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, a two-time grant recipient. We will have the opportunity to tour the C.A.R.E. center turtle rescue, partially funded by our grant in 2018, and hear about progress on the planned hospital expansion, which received a 2024 grant.
We look forward to a fun evening with good friends, food and community. Your membership team will be on deck to help with renewals, registrations and to answer any questions. |

Come connect with the generous women making an impact in Okaloosa and Walton counties and bring a friend!
Join us on Thursday, February 26th from 9–11 AM at Coastal Coffee & Cafe for a relaxed morning gathering. This is the perfect chance to enjoy a great cup of coffee and introduce others to the spirit of Impact100.
Our membership team will be on hand to assist with registrations, renewals, and answer any questions. Drop in, say hello, and let’s share community, conversation, & connection together! |

News from the Grants Committee
While the weather is cool outside, your Grants Committee is heating things up with a great start to the year!
We hosted a “Five Fast Facts” workshop for nonprofits interested in learning more about our process to demonstrate that it’s not as cumbersome of a process as some may have heard. We had several interested nonprofits in attendance.
On February 1, the Letter of Intent (LOI) link goes live on our website, the first step to our grant process. After received, we review to ensure that the agencies are qualified and have the ability to provide the necessary financial documentation we require. Qualifying organizations will then receive a full application. Letters of Intent (LOI) are due on or before March 31. Members, please feel free to mention our grant opportunities to local nonprofits and encourage them to view the "Nonprofit Information" tabs on our website - www.impactnwf.org. |

One way to spread the word is to host a pop-up event and invite your friends!
As a pop-up host, you will determine the time, location, and invitees, and we will provide materials and a spokesperson from the board of directors. Reach out today for more information on hosting a pop-up near you.

🧾Would you like a printed invoice? It’s not required and all unpaid members will receive one by mail around the 1st of February. If you’d like to print one, you can generate it from your member account under Billing Info.
