2.) City-County Cooperation on Marina Project -
Gayle Hood announced that Mayor McNulty, Councilman Ricco, Councilman Medders, and she met with the County Judge and other county officials and have verbally received a commitment to work with the island. Ultimately, they have to take it to the Commissioners Court.
- According to Hood, the next step is to start applying for grants.
3.) The Deep-Water Marina Update - The Marina presentation was tabled by County Judge Eddie TreviƱo on March 15, 2022.

March 29, 2022, The commissioners approved it consent agenda as an interlocal agreement regarding the Marina Project.
4.) Birding and Nature Center Operating Agreement (Discussion only) - Gayle Hood suggested that it would be time for the BNC to be paying more rent to the EDC. "A good idea is to add a dollar to the entrance fee and have that money go to the EDC," said Hood.
Why it matters: 4.) Due to the EDC board's conversation EDC Director Darla Lapeyre suggested that the BNC and EDC board have a workshop. "We need to relook at the bond verbiage," said Joni Montover. What now: The next EDC meeting is TBA.
