This session offers an in-depth look at how this innovative program is transforming the leadership landscape in Grand Island, Nebraska, by empowering immigrant communities to step into roles of influence and advocacy.During this session, participants will:
- Discover the Inspiration behind Elevate Grand Island, a program born out of a collaborative effort between local nonprofits and community organizations aimed at meeting the unique needs of New Americans.
- Explore the Program’s Structure through a detailed overview of the 7-week hands-on learning experience that introduces participants to essential services in Grand Island while fostering connections with local leaders.
