We are excited to invite you to attend the 2024 Annual IESMA Training Summit!

This year’s summit will take place on April 24-26, 2024 at the Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center in Springfield Illinois. The conference agenda includes a pre-conference  training sessions on April 24th, a full day of speakers and breakout sessions on April 25th and a half-day on the 26th with a variety of topics. There will be a General Membership meeting in the late afternoon on the 25th. Attendees come from virtually every county in Illinois with representation from different disciplines such as emergency management, police, fire, EMS, public health, etc. This is an opportunity for you to network, receive training and attend the IESMA General Membership meeting.

Non-Member $225.00
IESMA Student $50.00

The 2024 training summit is on April 25th and 26th at the Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center in Springfield Illinois. Our Attendees come from virtually every county in Illinois with representation from different disciplines such as emergency management, police, fire, EMS, public health, and others. This is an opportunity for you to display your products and services to many public safety decision-makers across the State of Illinois.
 
Vendor Booth Space: Space is limited to 18 vendors, and each booth is provided a table, two chairs, and a tablecloth.
Vendor registration includes lunch on Thursday, April 25th, 2023.

Vendor Registration Rates

Please check in at the registration desk upon arriving. The vendor will be responsible for paying the Hotel & Conference Center directly for any other charges that the vendor may incur during the conference. We will have a free giveaway at the end of the Summit, if you would like to donate toward the giveaway, please let us know at the email listed here.

Booth Set-Up: Booth displays may be set up starting after 10:00 am on April 25th, 2024.
Vendor, Booth times for the conference, are as follows:

Cancelations: Upon receipt of the registration form and payment by IESMA, the vendor is responsible for the full payment regardless of training summit attendance.
 
Lodging: As a vendor, you will be responsible for your guest room accommodations. The confirmation email will provide you with detail on the group rate.
 
Payment: Payment will be accepted by credit card using the IESMA website or by mailing a check to the provided address below. Payment must be received by Thursday, April 25th, 2024.
