The 2022 - 2023 ILASFAA Board Elections are now open! Members, please be sure to cast your ballots for the upcoming year. Information on the positions and candidates can be found here on the website at: https://www.ilasfaa.org/ilasfaa_2022_2023_election_-_n.php

The election system will be open from 9am on Monday, January 24th, 2022 through midnight Friday February 4th, 2022. Login to your ILASFAA account to cast your ballots.

You may have received several emails from the opening of the elections.  But you can access all ballots from the ILASFAA member Portal as shown in the image below or here. 

Each member will have different elections they can vote on depending on sector and region. Please do not refresh your browser while in the ballot page. If you have any problems, please contact support@ilasfaa.org.

 The ILASFAA 2022 Annual Conference is being held at the iHotel and Conference Center in Champaign-Urbana, where we will providing an environment ripe for learning, focus and reconnecting. For those attending the conference in person,  the iHotel and Conference Center along with the Conference Planning Committees are doing everything possible to provide a safe environment for you to reconnect with colleagues.

Please note:

  • In person conference attendance Limit: 175
  • Masks required/provided
  • Reservations must be made before March 11, 2022

Outstanding individuals are recognized each year for their achievements and contributions to our profession and our students at the Annual ILASFAA Conference.

The ILASFAA Awards Nomination process is open for member nominations until February 11, 2022.  Recipients will be announced this spring at the ILASFAA Annual Conference.

Awards to individuals are given in several categories, and nominations are accepted for the following:
  • New Professional Award
  • Meritorious Service Award
  • Sustained Service Award
  • Lifetime Achievement Award
Descriptions of each award are available here.

If you are aware of a colleague who is retiring or who has retired during this 2021-22 year, please share those details with Karen LeVeque, kleveque@depaul.edu so they can be recognized.
