Leah will be hosting Aftermath Matters: Creating a Community Care Response for Sexual Assault on April 7th at 4:30pm, in partnership with EVE (End Violent Encounters). This open dialogue panel will feature local nonprofit experts on how to provide a unified community care response to sexual assault. The panel discussion will serve to support survivors, as they navigate trauma and educate the community on post-sexual assault best practices. | 4/23/2022 | In honor of Earth Day, JCI Lansing will be helping clean up our community! Join us at 1PM on Saturday, April 23rd at Crego Park, just North of Mt. Hope and Aurelius in Lansing. Please be sure to bring plenty of trash bags, gloves (optional), and be sure to wear some comfortable shoes. We want to clean up as much of the park and the river trail as we can, so plan on being there about two and a half hours. Afterwards, we will be heading over to Leo's Lodge for some good food, drinks, and conversation. Please feel free to bring friends, family and kids!
