I am happily married to Stella Prescott. We tied the knot in 2001 and we have been wide open ever since! She is an accomplished certified riding instructor and judge (r) and I am very proud and in awe of her abilities.
I grew up in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, GA and practiced farriery there for 20 years before moving to Coastal South Carolina. I was fortunate to have good farriers as teachers, and good farriers as friends, and I have hit that age where I want to help other farriers as well.
I believe that artistry on the anvil along with good trimming principles are are paramount to becoming a good farrier, and I push hard every day to apply these programs into my shoeing practice.
