Join us for OPBA’s Coffee with Counsel: Strategies for Driving Efficiencies in Procurement
Join Lise Patry, Founding Partner at LXM Law, as she discusses how we can drive efficiencies and stay within the parameters of the law and good governance. Her experience in running a public sector procurement department, and as a procurement lawyer enables her to examine this topic through both an operational and legal lens. She is constantly looking for ways to make procurement less resource-intensive, less bureaucratic, and less heavy on bidders. Participants are welcome to ask questions of Lise or share their success stories of how they have introduced improvements that have made procurement more efficient in their organizations.
