Cognitive Interviewing Workshop

This in-person workshop will provide formal training in investigative interviewing. It is designed for healthcare professionals who participate in root cause analysis and conduct investigative interviews. Attendees will gain access to a toolbox of skills that can be implemented to improve the recall of accurate and reliable information from an interviewee and enhance understanding of their choices, actions and experiences.

Jonathan D. Stewart, J.D., M.Sc., M.S., RN, CPHRM, Senior Director, Risk Management and Patient Safety of BETA Healthcare Group’s Risk Management and Safety team will be onsite to deliver a highly interactive, simulation-based workshop introducing basic cognitive interviewing techniques and evidence-based recommended practices for getting the most out of your investigative interviews.
