The ARCI Model Rules committee will meet to consider proposed additions or revisions to the "Model Rules of Racing", the document that serves as the foundation for the horseracing regulatory scheme in North America.   The meeting is open to the public.

The ARCI Model Rules Meeting as well as the ARCI Board of Directors meeting (regulators only) are being held immediately prior to the Racing and Gaming Conference at Saratoga.   Attendance at that conference requires a separate registration and payment of a fee.
