CPAN Member Round Table: No-Fault Appellate Update

On Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at 3:00 P.M., CPAN will present a 1-hour roundtable discussion of several significant appellate cases that affect the rights of patients and providers under Michigan’s No-Fault Law. CPAN lawyers Joel Finnell and Katie Tucker will lead the discussion by explaining the important role that CPAN has played in these cases – and in sharing updates about their status or disposition before Michigan’s appellate courts. Cases discussed will include True Care, Pena, C-Spine Orthopedics, Spine Specialists, Encompass and more. The discussion will conclude with a Q&A, where attendees are invited to raise questions regarding these cases – and the impact that they will have moving forward.
