Welcome to ITBE's 2024 Fall Workshop Exhibitor's Registration Page.  This year’s theme is Thrive Together: Collaborative Strategies for Success in Multilingual Education. This workshop will be entirely virtual and will take place on October 19, 2024.

It is our pleasure to develop our partnership with you - our friends and colleagues in the publishing industry, higher education, and other agencies who serve our English language learners and TESOL professionals in Illinois. We invite you to exhibit your products and services on our virtual platform on Saturday, October 19, 2024, during our Fall Workshop.

Our workshop will focus on teaching with passion and learning with purpose. Consider promoting resources that teachers would love in their instruction and make learning about their teaching in meaningful ways. Make your products or your company known by the many local attendees as well as those abroad and in other US states. 

EXHIBITOR Registration Deadline: October 4th, 2024

MULTIPLE ORDERS
Our registration system limits us to one selection per transaction. We have created four (4) options for you to choose. It may be necessary to register more than once in order to select all of your preferred options. We apologize for the inconvenience.


AVAILABLE OPTIONS
(1) Company Logo $50
Includes your company logo in our Event Portal. Logo will also be included on the running slide show during the workshop.

(2) Advertisement in Running Slide Show $100
Includes a full-page advertisement (flier style) on our running slideshow during the workshop.

(3) Short Video $150
Includes a link in our Event Portal to a short video advertising your company and services. 

(4) Promotions Outside Workshop $75
Includes a link in our Event Portal to promote products or a product Demo session (outside of the workshop schedule).

PAYMENT and REFUND INFORMATION
Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order. Checks are not accepted. ITBE does not refund registrations.

PRESENTATION ACCESS
Your registration will provide you with free attendance at the workshop and access to all presentations.
