About this Event
The AHTCC's 2025 Annual Meeting which is taking place in Newport Beach, California at the Balboa Bay Resort on Wednesday, January 29 and Thursday, January 30, 2025. Attendees will benefit from educational sessions on the most pressing issues facing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Housing Credit), including the impacts of the 2024 elections on affordable housing and the legislative and regulatory landscape in 2025. AHTCC members will also elect AHTCC officers, vote on the AHTCC’s 2025 legislative priorities, engage in committee meetings and have plenty of time to network.
On Wednesday, January 29, the meeting will begin with breakfast at 8:00 AM PT and conclude at 4:30 PM PT. The sessions will be followed by a reception to celebrate and thank those that contributed to The Affordable Housing PAC in 2023 and 2024. Starting at 5:30 pm PT, all event attendees are welcome to attend a reception and dinner. On Thursday, January 30, the meeting will run from breakfast at 8:00 am PT to 11:30am PT.
AHTCC Board of Directors: The AHTCC Board of Directors meeting and dinner with the AHTCC Leadership Circle will take place in the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, January 28. Details will be provided separately.

Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you cannot attend, payments are refundable minus a $50 processing fee with a written cancellation notice up to two weeks prior to the meeting. If a cancellation is received within two weeks of the event, no refunds will be issued. Payments are transferable to a substitute attendee.
