Innovate to Education: New Horizons in Language Teaching
It is our pleasure to continue our partnership with you - our friends and colleagues in the publishing industry, higher education, and other agencies who serve our multilingual learners and TESOL professionals in Illinois.
Please join our ITBE community for two days of in-person learning, sharing, and engaging in meaningful discussion about what we are most passionate about: embracing multilingual learners from all corners with support, strategies, and skills in this very challenging learning environment. We invite you to partner with us as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor for our 50th Annual Convention!
To give our attendees an increased opportunity to interact with you, in addition to the usual in-person Exhibit Hall during the event, we will be using the Whova platform to also host a Virtual Exhibit Hall. This virtual space is a fully customizable site to draw attention to your company and offerings. Attendees will have access to this site a month before and after the event, giving you ample opportunity to interact with our Illinois educators.
EXHIBITOR Registration Deadline: February 10th, 2025
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
Our registration system limits us to one selection per transaction. We have created one Exhibitor Package and three Sponsor Packages. Additionally, there are a few items that can be purchased on top of the Exhibitor Package. If you pick the Exhibitor Package with add-on options, it will be necessary to register for each transaction. We apologize for the inconvenience.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for DAY-OF DEMONSTRATION SESSIONS:
Update: The deadline for scheduling demonstrations has now passed. As such, we are unable to accommodate any further demonstration requests. If you're purchasing a package that includes this option, please be aware that it will no longer be available.
The deadline to submit your Presentation Title and Description is January 20, 2025.
Please submit the title of the presentation, the name of the presenter, and a 75-word abstract of your presentation so that it can be included in our program.
