Join the Bree Collaborative for the "Implementing FAST Strategies for Mild to Moderate Youth Mental Health: Practical Tools for Clinicians and Families" Webinar on Tuesday, February 25th from 12-1:15 pm PT virtually. In the webinar, we will hear from the Seattle Children’s First Approach Skills Training (FAST) team on effective strategies for intervening in mild to moderate cases to prevent mental health crisis for youth. The FAST programs equip children, families, and providers with essential tools for managing common behavioral health challenges, particularly for youth exhibiting mild to moderate symptoms. They are designed to be brief, evidence-based interventions that can be provided flexibly in a multitude of environments (PCP offices, mental health clinics, schools, etc.) Speakers will share an overview of the FAST program, focusing primarily on its components: FAST-A, Anxiety, and FAST-D, Depression. The FAST suite of programs includes patient engagement and education tools as well as modular workbooks with videos. Participants will have access to FAST content to become more familiar with the model and treatment modalities.
