Qualifications for the industrial waste inspector are as follows:
 

• Certificate verifying Completion of Pretreatment Facility Inspection Certification Course offered by California State University, Sacramento Office of Water Programs.
• Any of the following combinations of education and experience:

Education	Related Experience
High School/GED	3 years
Associates degree or equivalent in related field	2 years
Bachelors degree or equivalent in related field	1 year
