Give a concise and brief statement of the issue or issues on which amicus curiae argument is desired.

Give a brief statement as to whether and how the decision will broadly affect Washington cities and towns.

State in particular how the results sought would be of benefit to the cities and towns of Washington.

Explain how a WSAMA brief could add a new or different perspective to the issue or issues.

Give a brief summary or particular cases of interest, of which the applicant is aware, that relate to the subject with citations, and enclose available briefs.
