2025 NJLN PN Scholarship Form

Please complete the submission below for your scholarship recipient.  This is only to be completed by the designated submitting School of Nursing Director or Faculty. Note: To be eligible for one scholarship award to be presented at the May 7, Practical Nurse (PN) Education Day, you must have a minimum of 10 registered students. Deadline to submit is Monday, April 28, 2025.
