Any business entity, which has as its major activity the sales, installation, and/or servicing of electronic low voltage systems in accordance with applicable State and local codes and regulations.

Any business entity, which is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, supplying, dealing in and/or selling products or services generally used and relating to and necessary to members of the Association.
