Professional Members shall meet 1 or more of the following:
A) Hold a NV CCR license
B) Practicing court reporter in federal courts in NV

NOTE: Newly licensed reporters are granted full Professional membership for the calendar year they pass the NV CCR exam AND the calendar year following upon payment of annual dues.
Associate membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. May be granted to any person who is a practicing court reporter in another state or RPR or entity not otherwise eligible for Professional membership, i.e. instructor, legal videographer, paralegal, attorney, CR non-reporter agency owner.
Retired membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors and shall be granted to any member who has remained a member in good standing for the last consecutive 10 years and who has permanently retired from the active practice of court reporting.
Retired members are entitled to all privileges of membership.
Any student of court reporting (stenographic or voice) who presents proof of enrollment in a court reporter training program.

Student members are entitled to all privileges of membership except voting and holding office.
