2023 NAME Critical Multicultural Educator Spotlight
NAME is looking for critical multicultural education teachers! We are developing a web resource that features the multicultural social justice, and culturally responsive teaching of critical educators. We welcome teachers who teach in P-university levels, across all subject areas, and across rural, suburban, and urban contexts.
We invite NAME members to submit recommendations for the 2023 featured teacher. Nominations may be made by yourself or by someone else. Teachers need not be a member of NAME at the time of the nomination. However, submission of materials is a benefit of NAME membership. So, the person who makes the submission must be a NAME member.
