Each Vendor Booth will be located in the Vendor Ballroom and includes:

• 1 conference registration
• First come first served booth placement
• Promotion during conference

Cost for Three Months  

Newsletter ads are a great way to advertise your products and services. The newsletter is published electronically on a monthly basis.

Deadlines for submission of ads are due on the 20th of each month.
The preferred format for advertising should be in a PDF, JPEG or PNG file. Please make sure all embed fonts and graphics are distilled in the PDF at a high resolution recommended for digital output. Ads and any associated links should be submitted to communications@wasfaa.org

Static ads measuring 600 pixels high by 1350 pixels wide will be put into rotation on the WASFAA.org homepage. Banner ads can include text overlay and can link to an outside webpage.

WASFAA reserves the right to edit (with purchasser approval) banner ads for size and content.
