Tarlton Expands Business Development Team
St. Louis-based builder forges vital industry connections with the addition of Allie Terbrock and promotion of Tim McCoy
McCoy, a certified public accountant in the State of Missouri, crafts Tarlton’s business development plans and provides leadership in all work acquisition strategies. Experienced in relationship development, business consulting, merger and acquisition advisory and accounting, he has been instrumental in evaluating future market trends in the construction industry and modeling plans for Tarlton’s continued growth. A St. Louis native who attended St. Louis University High School, he holds a dual-major business administration bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Saint Louis University’s John Cook School of Business. He joined Tarlton in 2021 as director of business development.
In her role, Terbrock, who works under the direction of McCoy, will continue to cultivate client relationships, also working to identify and advance sales to potential and existing clients and to tap into markets and partnerships that provide opportunities for strategic growth. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, she holds a dual-major bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing from the university’s Trulaske College of Business, as well as international studies with a concentration in Spanish at the Universidad de Alicante in Alicante, Spain. Terbrock joined Tarlton in June of this year.
“Tim and Allie are vital members of the Tarlton team who each have a deep understanding of our vision for inclusive growth,” said Tracy Hart, president, Tarlton Corp. “We are excited to see them bring their respective talents to the collective effort to build relationships throughout the region and deliver exceptional service and care to existing and prospective clients.”
