(St. Louis, MO, April 1, 2025) - Western Specialty Contractors has promoted Scott Haas to Region Manager. He previously served 10 years as Branch Manager of Western’s Springfield, IL Branch, specializing in façade and concrete restoration in Central Illinois.

In his new role as Southeast Region 6 Manager, Haas is responsible for overseeing the short-and long-term success of the branches within his region (Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando, FL) and ensuring profitable growth for Western as a whole. He also provides leadership and mentoring as needed to assist the branch offices within his region, ensuring accountability of the Branch Managers and working with staff to develop the local customer market and marketing plans.

His powerful leadership skills are proven by his consistent performance and profitability and the strong team he has created. Originally from Omaha, NE, Haas started his career at Western as an Assistant Sales/Project Manager at its Kansas City Branch. Promoted to Sales/Project Manager, he transferred to Western’s St. Louis Concrete Branch, then was promoted to Department Manager of Western’s Springfield, IL Branch. He held that position for two years before being promoted to Springfield’s Branch Manager position in 2015.

Haas, who has a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, first learned about Western while attending college, and was impressed by the company’s dedication to its employees and long-standing commitment to quality.
