The Virtual Water Summit is an online event featuring 20 presentations originally selected for the 2020 Annual Conference. Arranged in a series of five webinars, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in live presentations as well as access the recordings following the summit. Registrations will be accepted until July 10th to view the recorded presentations. The Virtual Water Summit includes presentations on Watershed & Stormwater, Operations & Maintenance, Utility Management, Collections and Process & Design. |

Registration:
- Virtual Water Summit Registration includes access to the Annual Business Meeting & Awards Ceremony. Additional registration is not necessary.
- All viewers must register.
- All live & recorded presentations can be accessed via Whova only. Directions to access the application have been sent to each attendee. If you did not receive a link to set up your Whova access, please call the office at 517-641-7377 to verify the email address you used to register.
- You can use the Web (desktop) or Mobile app to view presentations.
- Live & Recorded presentation links cannot be shared with anyone outside the Whova platform.
- Access on a Desktop or Laptop is available here: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/mweaa_202006/
- ***You MUST set up your account using the email you gave during registration. If your email is not accepted, please contact the MWEA office at 517-641-7377 to update your registration with the correct email address.

- CECs & PDHs are available for all Technical Sessions, both live & recorded versions.
- CEC/PDH Tracking:
- Attendees of live sessions will be tracked automatically through ZOOM.
- If multiple registered attendees are using one device to attend, please utilize this sign in sheet to track attendance.
- Attendance at recorded sessions will be tracked by the hosting site. It will track number of minutes watched. Only presentations that have been watched in entirety will be counted for credit.
- Individual presentations are worth 0.05 CECs or .5 PDH in the designated category. You do not have to watch the entire track to get credit.
- No CECs or PDHs are available for Annual Business Meeting or Awards Ceremony.
