Being an Owner of Choice in Today’s Competitive Market
With record funding, growing populations, emerging regulatory considerations, and other market drivers, the volume of infrastructure projects is rapidly increasing.  When this historical market growth is coupled with supply chain issues, labor shortages, and cost uncertainties, Owners are faced with the reality that they are now competing to attract partners to deliver their project.
