A wet well is used to accomplish proper contact time, the final step is pumping to a 120,000 gallon finished water tank.
Incoming wastewater is collected at an influent lift station for 2 identical extended aeration treatment trains. Influent pumps through manual bar screens into equalization tanks. Once processed in the aeration basin, sludge is wasted into a solids handling tank.
