This 1-hour primer will provide an overview of what are considered the three most commonly used project delivery approaches utilized in today’s marketplace – design-build, CM-at-risk, and design-bid-build. Each method is reviewed to highlight key characteristics of each, and important Owner considerations when determining the most appropriate project delivery method. The course will also touch on the various procurement approaches associated with design-build.
