Anthony St. Pierre has composed Folia variations for many media, including for 1,2,3,&4 recorders, as well as alto recorder & piano. The nine variations in this set for alto and tenor recorders are in a modern idiom, but traditional forms (gavotte, chaconne, fugato) are featured.
