This composer just came out of copyright. This is one of the movements of her "Impressions for cello and piano", transposed from F# to F, and arranged for TABGSg.
I decided to write this one with a CC Subgreat, but if you don't have one of those, there is a Contra part with the lowest notes flipped up.

Also note that the Tenor has the melody. The Alto is an occasional countermelody; if you play this as a quartet, omit the alto, but fold occasional solos into the tenor.
