NAME offers a variety of registration options
to help keep costs down for our members and attendees
There are two basic packages:
Package A 
The "Package A" includes two receptions, two luncheons, the President's Banquet, digital conference program book, other conference materials and activities (except those indicating an additional fee).

Package B
The B Package includes the opening reception, the digital conference program book and all other conference materials and activities (except those indicating an additional fee). Meals are NOT included in the Package B.

The prices on the Package A & Package B are dependent on categories.

Non-Member rate

*Members in financial need, special discounted rate is a membership benefit
offered to our members who are in financial need and do not have funding or reimbursement options from their school, employer, institution or other source. (This is our lowest rate in all catergories & packages)
NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PRESENTERS REGISTERED WITH ANY PACKAGE TYPE OR ANYONE USING PRESENTER REGISTRATION

As of September 1, 2015 the refund deadline has passed. For your information, the refund policy is below. Refund Policy: Upon written request, a full refund for cancelation, minus a $50 processing fee, will be given through July 31, 2015 and half refund, minus $50 processing .fee will be given August 1 through August 31, 2015. No full or partial refunds can be given after August 31, 2015. NO REFUNDS CANNOT BE GIVEN FOR THE PRESENTER REGISTRATION.
