PULLING TOGETHER: Embracing Multicultural Learners with Support, Strategies, and Skills for Challenging Times!
It is our pleasure to continue our partnership with you - our friends and colleagues in the publishing industry, higher education, and other agencies who serve our English language learners and TESOL professionals in Illinois. We invite you to exhibit your products and services in our Exhibit Hall both on Friday and Saturday of the convention.
Exhibitor's Registration Deadline: February 13th, 2022
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
Our registration system limits us to one selection per transaction. We have created several packages in an attempt to help you avoid several transactions, however, depending on your needs, it may be necessary to register more than once in order to select all of your preferred options. We apologize for the inconvenience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for DEMO PRESENTERS:
Deadline to submit Presentation Title and Description is January 5, 2022.
Please submit title for the presentation, the name of the presenter and a 75-word abstract of your presentation so that it can be included in the program. If the information is submitted after the program, we will be unable to included in the printed program.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for ADVERTISEMENT orders:
Deadline to submit the advertising copy is January 5, 2022.
PAYMENT and REFUND INFORMATION:
Payment can be made by credit card or purchase order. Checks are not accepted. ITBE does not refund registrations.

Stay safe with our Covid Protocol
ITBE will follow Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and CDC guidelines at the time of the convention. In addition, ITBE will implement the following measures:- Masks are to be worn at all times, except while eating in the dining room.
- No drinking or eating will be allowed in breakout presentation rooms.
- Lunch will be served to avoid gathering around buffet tables.
- Dining room space will be expanded to allow for fewer chairs per table and social distancing.
- Exhibitors will be in the hallways and open areas.
