COURSE DESCRIPTIONS -

LEVELING UP YOUR LEADERSHIP
The world of work has changed and what it takes to successfully lead people is fundamentally different now. Leaders including those in the lodging industry need new skills to effectively influence people and performance.

In this engaging and innovative session, Tracy Spears will lead your team through the five crucial elements of leveling up: SELF AWARENESS – COMMUNICATION – PRODUCTIVITY – DELEGATION – PRESENCE

The OHLA's "Two for One" event was a huge success in 2022 and is a great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, learn tips on leading your teams through these ever-changing times, and finally learn how 2023 has evolved, and what is on the horizon for the lodging industry in 2024. September 6th is the final OHLA event of the year, so don't miss it. This event is sponsored by Riverwind Hotel and the Skirvin Hilton Hotel.
