Join us for a Girlfriend's Guide to Personal Safety. Macy Nelson, owner and CEO of Kastel Enterprises, and a member and corporate sponsor for Impact, will be presenting a program on self-defense for women. Macy wants to share her tips and tricks on how to survive a potential attack by utilizing awareness and everyday items, all without having to engage in a physical fight. The goal is to educate women on how to avoid close personal physical encounters, if possible.  She will also introduce John Murphy who will talk about additional safety tips and the use of firearms.
