Operators will receive training that provides an overview of a complete and properly implemented Operation & Maintenance Plan, Standard Operating Procedure documentation, Written Delegation Planning, and Operator Certification/ System Classification requirements. Includes hands on break out session for both O&M Plan and SOP development.

The Webinar Training Program provides training to water system personnel that is specific to their water system and their work situation.
