The Investigation & Prosecution of Federal Environmental Crimes

This presentation includes a general introduction to the federal prosecution of environmental crimes, with particular focus on pollution offenses.  The discussion will first center on the fundamental differences between civil cases and criminal prosecutions.  The presenters will then lead a very frank and open discussion regarding how, in their decades of experience prosecuting federal environmental crimes, they have seen otherwise law-abiding professionals cross the line into the territory of criminal prosecution.  Finally, they will discuss some effective ways for environmental professionals to avoid making the same mistakes.

Validations

Participating merchants will validate parking for 3 hours for only $2.00. If a validated parker stays past the 3 hours, they will have to pay the full rate less $2.00.

To get the validated rate, visit a participating merchant and present your parking ticket or the QR code from your JPASS account on your phone if you entered with the JPASS app and are using a digital ticket. The merchant will scan the QR code and the validation will be applied.
