6 ft tabletop booth at the 2024 Spring Conference March 2-5, 2025
Exhibitors will use a conference app to participate in virtual passport with attendees to win prizes. The virtual passport requires all individuals scanning the attendees’ apps to be registered as booth attendees in the app. Booth Fee includes name badge and the following meals for one attendee:
Sunday Reception, Monday Breakfast, Monday Lunch, Tuesday Breakfast and Tuesday Lunch. Monday Banquet and entertainment tickets available at an additional cost.
Additional Booth Attendee: $200
Name badge and tickets to the following events:
Sunday Reception, Monday Breakfast, Monday Lunch, Tuesday Breakfast and Tuesday Lunch. For the Spring Conference Monday banquet and entertainment tickets are available at an additional cost.

Sponsor Registration - 2025 Spring Conference

ANNUAL PLATINUM SPONSOR: $6,000
  • Platinum Sponsor status for OGFOA Spring Conference
  • Platinum Sponsor status for OGFOA Fall Conference
  • Preferred booth placement at both conferences. Only Platinum Sponsors are GUARANTEED Exhibit Space (up to $975 value) [F/S]
  • Your company name and logo on signs which appear at the registration desk, breakfast, evening events, and breaks.
  • Your company name, logo, representative photos and extended “play-time” based on your sponsorship level during a PowerPoint slide-show during conference events. 
  • Free exhibitor booth at the conference (Sponsorship includes 6ft table top display – additional space is available at no additional cost as needed)
  • Name badge with sponsor level indicated on it
  • Excel list of attendees delivered the week before the conference.
  • Three (3) complimentary registrations to the conference (up to $1650 value). Please note that the three complimentary registrations are inclusive of your booth representative and not in addition to your booth representative. These are full conference registrations and include all meals, banquets and events.
  • All additional registrations for your company will be charged at the lower OGFOA member-rate, regardless of whether the registrants are OGFOA members. (Association Manager will provide code for discount)
  • Platinum Sponsors may provide a promotional item for the conference bags given to each attendee. Approximately 325 items will need to be shipped to OGFOA 2 weeks prior to the conference to be included.
  • Recognition as platinum sponsor on OGFOA website year-round with logo on sponsor scroll
  • Recognition as a platinum sponsor for all regional trainings
GOLD SPONSOR: $2250
  • Your company name and sponsor level recognition in the online conference page and conference app.
  • Your company name on signage at the conference
  • Your company name and logo with extended “playtime” (based on your sponsorship level) during a PowerPoint slide-show during conference events
  • Name badges with sponsor level indicated on it
  • Excel list of attendees delivered the week before the conference.
  • Three (3) complimentary registrations to the conference (up to $1725 value).
  • All additional registrations for your company will be charged at the lower OGFOA member-rate, regardless of the registrant's are OGFOA member status (association manager will provide code for online registration)
  • Recognition as a gold sponsor at one of the regional traingings/ webinars in the calendar year.
SILVER SPONSOR $1750:
